Machined EVA

This guide will help you understand how to prescribe Machined EVA orthoses using LaserCAM Prescribe software.

Our LaserCAM Prescribe software has a number of available pages that are selectable from the left-hand menu. This prescription guide will follow this menu structure, making it incredibly simple to find relevant information. Simply use our menu on the left-hand side to navigate to the appropriate section of the prescription guide.

Machined EVA orthoses are manufactured using computer-numerical control (CNC) technology. A 3D model is generated using our FotoView and Editor applications. This model is converted to a numerical control (NC) format which can be loaded into a CNC enabling machining of an orthosis.

Machined EVA orthoses are our preferred method of foot orthosis manufacture. We think it's the gold standard.
