If you are a clinician then you will need to ensure that you communicate with your laboratory to ensure that you reference the correct prescription guide.

Our Prescription Guides are not a substitute for proper training or certification. They should be considered as a reference manual for all prescription variables that are available within LaserCAM Prescribe.

Machined EVA status:FotoView status:Editor

  • Machined EVA orthoses are manufactured via CNC from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam.

3D Printed status:Rapidshell3D

  • 3D Printed orthoses are manufactured using additive manufacturing technologies such as selective laser sintering (SLS).

Vacuum Formed status:Rapidshell3D

  • Vacuum Formed orthoses are manufactured by thermoforming plastics such as polypropylene around CNC machined foot positives.

Machined EVA (RS3D) status:rapidshell3D status:in development

  • RapidShell3D software will soon allow for the subtractive manufacture of Machined EVA orthoses.
