The following illustrates a standard operating procedure (SOP) for re-sending failed submissions using LaserCAM Prescribe.

Prerequisites

Active internet connection

LaserCAM Prescribe installed

LaserCAM Lab Code

LaserCAM Lab Code

LaserCAM Prescribe must be configured to submit files correctly. This achieved by configuring your LaserCAM Lab Code. Please contact your laboratory for this code.

Goals

Open Send Queue
Re-Send failed submissions

Procedure

Open Send Queue

  1. Open LaserCAM Prescribe

  2. Click the Send Queue icon from the top of the Start page

  3. Select the failed upload from the list and click Upload

The failed upload should now be successfully submitted to your laboratory.
