The following illustrates a standard operating procedure (SOP) for adjusting the length of the red orthosis model in RapidShell3D.

  • Red orthosis model generated in RapidShell3D

Relevant Prescriptive Variables

Please reference the following prescriptive variables on the 3D printed prescription form and ensure that is complies with your CAD standard.

Goals

  • Adjust the length of the red orthosis model in RapidShell3D

Adjusting Orthosis Length

  1. Clicking the up arrow will increase the medial length. Clicking the down arrow will decrease the medial length.

  2. Clicking the up arrow will increase the lateral length. Clicking the down arrow will decrease the lateral

    length.

When adjusting your orthosis length, we recommend that you rotate the scan from the medial and lateral views as seen in the animation below.

You are now ready to modify your red orthosis model based on the requested prescriptive variables.
