This guide will detail how to install the LaserCAM Unlocker application, which is used for decrypting NCe and STLe files generated with LaserCAM Orthotics computer-aided design software.
You will need an activated LaserCAM Orthotics account in order to log in to the LaserCAM Unlocker.
Uninstall Previous Version
- Open your Start menu, or hit the Windows key.
- Search Add or Remove Programs and open.
- In the Apps & Features list search find Unlocker.
- Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the program from your PC.
You must remove the previous version of LaserCAM Unlocker prior to downloading and installing the latest version below.
Download LaserCAM Unlocker
- Download the LaserCAM Unlocker application from the link below.

Install LaserCAM Unlocker
- Click the Install button at the download link above.
- Clicking Install will download a file called setup.exe.
- Run the setup.exe.
- Click Install on the dialogue box.
- The software will now be downloaded and will automatically run when installation has been completed.
Some users may require Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 (x86 and x64) to also be installed. Simply follow the dialogue box prompts if you require these components.
