Open LaserCAM Prescribe
Click the Send Queue icon from the top of the screen Start page
Select the prescription that failed to be submitted.
Click Upload

Review Prescription
Review all pages of LaserCAM Prescribe to ensure that the prescription is correct

Submit Prescription
Click Review Prescription
Click Finalise Prescription → Confirm & Send to Lab
